The reason we memorize scripture is the same reason we put money into a savings account, and the same reason we put food into a pantry; so in times of need and hunger it is readily available. God's word is living and active (Hebrews 4:12); His word comforts us (Psalm 119:28); and His word is a light onto our paths (Psalm 119:105). And while the benefits of putting them to memory are endless, it is best summed up by the Psalmist when he wrote, "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you (Psalm 119:11)."
Memory Missions was designed with the new and mature believer in mind. Each Mission focuses on an essential area for a sound foundation. Areas such as the Gospel, Faith, Hope, God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and more. Each Mission has 10 bite size passages, and can be studied in any order. You can start with Mission one and work your way down, or pick a category that speaks to your heart. Either way you will be blessed for the time you spend hiding God’s word in your heart.
It is my prayer that the time you spend hiding God’s word in your heart overflows and blesses the many lives you interact with and touch on a daily basis.
